Privacy Statement
A Note to all Our Guests: We are now improving this Privacy Statement. Outsource-Philippines will inform you of the changes as soon as they become effective.
We take customer privacy seriously and guarantee never to sell, disclose, or pass on client information to any third party.
Website Tracking
We track website visitors for statistics and collect IP address, browser version, screen resolution, and Internet Service Provider’s host name. Likewise, we use these pieces of information to study web statistics and never make them available to anyone outside the company.
Cookies
If any website visitor chooses their location from the links above, we set a cookie in their computer to show this choice. This cookie will then define currencies to display and other minor location specific variables. We use cookies also to track session details in the course of the order.
Ordering Procedure and Customer Records
In the order procedure, we ask customers to give contact details such as name, address, e-mail account, and phone number. We will only use these in our internal records, and will never give them to other parties outside the company. It is vital to have these details, so we can contact our customers and verify their payment immediately.
Accurate Data
It is important to have precise contact details of our clients. However, they can update their information by logging onto their billing control panel.
Security
We keep each piece of customer information in a secure online database with the server protection measures in place. We also store records offline under safe conditions. In the same way, we do not keep credit card details.
