Pricing, Payment Process, and Turnaround Time

What are your offshore staffing schemes?

We employ three offshore staffing schemes: full time, part time, and project-based. You may decide on the most appropriate scheme that will work best in addressing your business needs.

Can I talk to your specialists for further instructions?
Yes, you can call your assigned specialist(s) to give further instructions and specifications. However, we highly suggest that you leave your message via email instead so they can get back to you anytime during the project execution.
How much do you charge for each service?

Our rates vary per project type. Thus, we encourage that you “request for a quote” first to make sure you get the best price for the exact product or service that you need. Upon inquiry, one of our customer service reps will discuss to you the specifics of your possible order and its corresponding rate.

How long does it usually take until I receive the output?
Turnaround time varies per project and service type. We will specify the turnaround time and deadline on the Project Agreement.
How can I pay you?
We accept payments via PayPal and wire transfer. For clients based in the Philippines, we also accept payments through bank deposits.
How much can I save by having an offshore team at Outsource-Philippines? How much do you charge for each service or team?

You can save as much 70% of the labor cost compared to having an in-house staff in your location, without the hassle of supervising them so you can focus on growing your business. Our charging/rate depends on the following:

  • Skills or specialization and years of experience of the VAs that you need
  • Volume of project or number of staff—we give special rates for bigger projects or larger team
  • Tools, apps, or any other technology-based requirements that you require the VAs to use
What’s the typical lead time?
Once we both agreed on the terms and conditions of the contract and the security deposit has been settled, hiring and client onboarding will take 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the qualifications of your offshore team.

Do you have enough infrastructure and technology to accomplish my project?
Outsource-Philippines invests in innovative infrastructure and technology. We use the best and the most effective software, technology, and facilities to serve you well. While we have our own resources, you, as our customer, can also choose your desired tools and software. You can specify them to us and we will find ways to acquire and utilize them.
What can you offer when it comes to facilities, equipment, and other resources?

We take pride in having our own, 4-story building here in San Pedro, Laguna that can accommodate up to 750 seats, with state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, training and huddle rooms, staff lockers, sleeping quarters, clinic and breastfeeding stations, pantry, and lounge areas; with electronic key entries plus 24/7 video and human surveillance systems, to make sure our premises and systems are safe.

 

Also, each in-house staff has a dedicated workstation and computer connected to secure and high-speed internet connection.

We also have our satellite office strategically located in a premier business center at Entrata Urban Complex in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, which is near shopping malls, transport, hubs, and prime business establishments.

Are your designs unique?
Yes, of course! Every project is unique, and so is our approach to your design needs. We don’t recycle and copy from any source. We make sure we brainstorm and collaborate to ensure great outputs.
How do you create the design? Where do you start?
Our team of creative designers does brainstorming and discussion before the start of the project. We consider several factors in making designs. These include your business industry, current trends, and your preferred color combination/patterns. From there, designers will create several drafts and present them to you.

B. Virtual Assistance

What specific virtual secretarial tasks can I outsource to your company?
Outsource-Philippines offers back office support to help clients maximize their time and resources. Our virtual secretarial services include administrative tasks (data administration, word processing, data presentation, travel logistics, blog posting, web content management, email management/correspondence, online or database research, and schedule/calendar management), data processing, customer service, and other specialized services.
Is there a minimum number of Virtual Assistants (VA) that I can outsource?
There is no minimum or maximum number of Virtual Assistants (VA) that you can hire because it will depend on your business needs. What we do is assess your requirements against your allocated budget and from there, we can customize our services according to your needs and requirements. So whether you need one or a team of 10 to 100 VAs, we can accommodate and would be pleased to work with you.

D. Writing

Does Outsource-Philippines offer other writing services, apart from the six mentioned on your page?
Under our Writing Services, we list article, blog, web content, press release, resume, and grant proposal. We have teams of writers that specialize on these types of write-up. However, we may also accept other writing projects depending on the nature of the task.
Does your company accept editing/proofreading tasks?
Yes, we accept editing/proofreading tasks. We also do revisions for some files and documents within a specified period only. We will discuss the rates for these services and all other relevant project details upon inquiry.

C. Digital Marketing

How effective are your digital marketing techniques?
Online success doesn’t happen overnight. Algorithms change and remain unpredictable. Hence, it really takes time to achieve good ranking and stable online presence.

Our digital marketing experts employ effective and proven strategies that can help your business achieve successful online presence. Upon project initiation, our specialists will get your website’s standing through analytics. During project execution, we work to improve your traffic statistics using our campaigns and strategies. Part of these is analytics report generation.
