QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any Healthcare-related course (Nursing, Midwifery, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Psychology, Physical Therapy, Biology, or related field)
- Philippine Registered Nurse (PRC license) or any healthcare-related license holder is highly preferred
- Clinical, hospital, healthcare support, patient coordination, or customer-facing healthcare experience is an advantage
- Background in OB/GYN, women’s health, patient triage, or remote patient monitoring is a plus
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and patient care processes
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable communicating with patients through phone, app messaging, and documentation platforms
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines or U.S. healthcare processes is an advantage
- Flexible with work schedules and shifting schedules as needed

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor remote patients and health data through various systems and follow established workflows and protocols.
- Provide patient support, follow-up, and guidance through app-based communication and minimal phone interaction.
- Conduct weekly patient check-ins regarding medications, vital signs monitoring, and overall patient compliance.
- Send and monitor monthly patient wellness and depression surveys.
- Identify urgent or clinical concerns such as elevated blood pressure, vaginal bleeding, or other emergent situations, and escalate appropriately to U.S.-based clinical supervisors.
- Review and accurately document all patient interactions, activities, and relevant health information across multiple systems.
- Coordinate with care partners and internal departments to ensure patients are referred to the appropriate resources.
- Assist with patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service and patient advocacy while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Support documentation, reporting, training materials, and process updates as needed.
- Maintain accuracy, compliance, and productivity standards aligned with client KPIs.
