Job Description:

Digital Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Identify target audiences and market segments to tailor campaigns effectively.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and digital marketing best practices.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Create high-quality, engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication.

SEO and SEM:

  • Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings (SEO).
  • Plan and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns using platforms like Google Ads.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Create and curate content, schedule posts, and engage with the audience.

Email Marketing:

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns.
  • Segment email lists for targeted messaging and personalization.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics to track website traffic and user behavior.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to guide decision-making.

Paid Advertising:

  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
  • Allocate budgets effectively and optimize campaigns for ROI.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

  • Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates through A/B testing and optimization techniques.

Marketing Automation:

  • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline lead nurturing and customer engagement.

Budget Management:

  • Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (Masterโ€™s degree is a plus)
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics and tracking tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is a plus
  • Certifications in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) are advantageous
