Accounting VA

Job Description:

  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and manage AP/AR in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
  • Categorize and reconcile all financial transactions.
  • Maintain accurate basic bookkeeping records.
  • Assist with compliance work and tax preparation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via email and lead meetings as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • BS in Accountancy.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
