HR Assistant

Entry-level HR professional supporting recruitment, candidate coordination, onboarding, and HR administrative tasks while ensuring a positive applicant experience.

Job Description:

  • Sourcing and Pipeline Management: Post job openings on internal and external platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and proactively search for passive candidates.
  • Screening and Coordination: Conduct initial resume screenings against job descriptions and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for applicants, providing timely updates on their status and ensuring a professional, welcoming atmosphere during interviews.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain and update the ATS, prepare offer letters, and conduct background or reference checks.
  • Onboarding: Assist in the preparation of new hire paperwork, coordinate orientation schedules, and ensure all tools/access are ready for Day 1.
  • Employer Branding: Assist in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, or campus hiring initiatives to improve the companyโ€™s market presence.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience
  • Degree: A Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience: 0โ€“2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role. Prior internship experience in recruitment is highly preferred.
