Job Description:
Digital Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Identify target audiences and market segments to tailor campaigns effectively.
- Stay updated with industry trends and digital marketing best practices.
Content Creation and Management:
- Create high-quality, engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication.
SEO and SEM:
- Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings (SEO).
- Plan and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns using platforms like Google Ads.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create and curate content, schedule posts, and engage with the audience.
Email Marketing:
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns.
- Segment email lists for targeted messaging and personalization.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (Masterโs degree is a plus)
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics and tracking tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
