Job Description:
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and manage AP/AR in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Categorize and reconcile all financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate basic bookkeeping records.
- Assist with compliance work and tax preparation.
- Communicate effectively with clients via email and lead meetings as necessary.
Qualifications:
- BS in Accountancy.
- At least 1 year of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
