Seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support our clinical and operational teams by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of our data. This role is essential to maintaining clean, high-quality information that powers analytics, care coordination, and decision-making across the organization.
Job Description:
Data Entry and Record Accuracy
- Perform regular data entry of healthcare information and patient updates into Google Sheets and the accountโs Health dashboards.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of patient records according to provider-specific requirements.
- Log RPM review notes and outcomes under navigator or supervisor guidance.
Patient Engagement and Documentation
- Push education and marketplace resources to non-engaged patients.
- Complete non-engagement tracking and documentation on dashboards.
- Support accuracy of the unenrollment process by documenting patient requests and updating unenrollment tracking tools.
Operational Support
- Assist with patient registration and data quality control for navigation and customer service documentation.
- Support report creation and data compilation under supervision to assist with enrollment and engagement metrics.
- Participate in internal data audits and help maintain HIPAA compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelorโs degree preferred)
- 1+ year experience in data entry, healthcare administration, or remote operations
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage repetitive data tasks efficiently
- Proficiency with Google Sheets (or similar), Docs, and digital dashboards
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to confidentiality and patient data protection
Preferred:
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, EMRs, CRM platforms, or healthcare databases
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and patient privacy standards
- Experience in medical records management, or healthcare administration
